need advice on backlink strategy

ok im using this keywords on every backlink page i do:

italian pizza
hawaii pizza
pizza peperroni
french pizza
american pizza

all the keywords are articles that points to italian pizza

im i using too much pizza here?
can i use 5 keywords?
if no, where can i read about it.

Quality of backlinks is determined by:

content relevance of web site linking to you (i.e. backlinks from websites with context relevant to your content, are considered higher quality),
PageRank of source site that links to your web site (i.e. backlinks from websites with higher PageRank are considered better quality).

There is never too much pizza in your keyword unless it sound like you
re spamming and that's how you need to spred your keywords all over your article and makes it look like normal.
You can add some like
best kind of pizza
fastes growing pizza
different kind of pizza's
top seller pizza

I mean you have to think out of the box here and you have to use it in your Title,Tags,Domain Name but let it look normal
There is a free website that can help you with that and I think is called
webseotools.com.......Ithink so....if not please let me know and I'll check it out for you

Your keywords are ok I think. Where are you getting the links from? Those sites must also be good ones to be counted well by google search.

you should build some seo, such as post on forum ,bookmark, make comment, social networking
