Best social bookmarking service for fast indexing?

Hi,

I got a few incoming links recently (let's say five), from some high PR sites. I've then created links to these from digg, but they are not showing up yet in google.
Four of the five digg posts are showing, but the pages these are refering to is not showing up. It's two days ago I created the digg links.

How long should this take, or is there a faster way/service?

By the way, if I don't answer this thread for some days, it's because I'm gonna be a dad within the next few days.

There are lots of other social bookmarking websites. You should bookmark your link or page yourself and also get a few people to do so. Then your pages will easily get indexed in google.

yeah, i think you post on social networking can help you be indexed by google sooner

Thanks, I bookmarked a few links last week, but they are not showing up yet. The posts I made on digg are showing up on google, but the links they have are not.

Is that normal?

Digg is the best social bookmarking service. Then the twitter and delicious. And many others like blinklist, propeller, faves, etc also are very much useful.

It is interesting. In my blogs about cebu attraction, I have bookmarked my pages in different bookmarking site like reddit, stumbleupon, yahoo buzz, etc. its quite helpful though.

If you are bookmarking primarily to get your site's pages indexed quickly, plus pick up a few backlinks and referrals here and there, then consider using something like social marker or bookmarking demon which allow you to make multiple semi-automated bookmarks.

Thanks, guys. Should a single link from digg not be enough. Apparently not, I just can't understand why.

The links I have on my digg posts are to profiles created with Paul and Angelas system.

Digg, Buzz, Stumbleupon, Twitter are the top four in my books but I am going to explore some of the others mentioned above

Digg and Propeller. Reddit is #3. While Digg is powerful, they are also quite fussy and will ban you quickly if they sense that you are trying to mass-bookmark your pages.

The top three social bookmarking sites I use are Digg, Propeller and Stumbleupon. Of these three, Digg is the most effective.

I'm wondering the same thing, as many replies as this thread got, no one has answered your question. everyone is just listing the places to bookmark.

The question here is:

You bookmark something, then google finds that bookmark and indexes it (didn't index your page, but the digg.com/wahtever). now your bookmarked page has links on it, will google go on it and crawl those links?

I was under hte impression that it would, but it's taking awhile and not owrking for me either, i checked the dig.com snipet and the links on it are nofollow......

If anyone can answer that, it would be really help!

tried to PM you...

no they arent angela's and pauls, but they the same kind of back links. now, what I did was to post back links in about 70 of them, then to go and make an html page on pastehtml.com with links to all my profiles. so theres a page on pastehtml with profile1, profile2, profile3.... profile70. and each is a link to where my backlinks are posted. and then i "digg"ed (dugg? ) the html page. now it seems that the digg has been indexed but the html page the digg is about has not. its like google isnt following the link on digg (which is nofollow btw)... have your backlinks been indexed yet?

I think if you want to be index fast you should use Twitter.

No results yet, it usually takes around a week to have them processed. I'll get back on how it worked out.
Tried it with just a single of my links.

I think social networking sites will not help you indexing. Social networking sites can be beneficial for traffics only.

Social bookmarking can be helpful for quick indexing in search engines.

I use RRS Submit. It submits your RSS feed to about 30 sites. All you do is add your url and click submit.
