Hello, I am looking for a partner to build adsense sites using Xfactor's method. We would collerbrate on niche research, article marketing, link building, etc. My time is very limited due to a job and family commitment but I do have a few hours each night. Please PM if you are interested. Regards, Mike |

You don't need a partner. Just do what you can with the time you have. It takes no time to find a niche. If you find 5 keywords with a theme, how long does it take to write 5 articles? Not long at all. You may only get 5 sites up a month, so what who cares. This is not a race. Do what you can with what time you have. WHATEVER you do, DO NOT get side tracked by all of the "xfactor threads". If you have the ebook, that's all you need. Also join the course forum. $30 ONE TIME payment. I've read some of those threads and it's pure amusement how folks are making this so darn complex. Basic stuff. Just today, I found 10 niches. Each with 5 keywords. Each keyword has at least 1,000 searches and less than 10,000 competing sites with SOC less than 10. I build a 5 pager and move on. Of course do all the backlink stuff. While the ranking dust settles, I build other sites. I don't get crazy addicted to checking click stats everyday. They are easy to find. This process is about as easy as you'll get. Mind you, John(xfactor) did not "invent" this process, he was smart enough to apply it and put it in a ebook. The entire internet is built around this process, at least as it relates to making money. Good luck Ron |

it takes maybe 20 minutes to find a niche. 20 minutes to build a site and then outsource the content and promotion. $20-$30 and you'll have enough content, and your site promoted with backlinks , article directory posting etc.. I get 5 500 word articles and 5 250-300 word articles for $15 all are top quality and pass copyscape/plagium and get accepted by eza first time. so 4 hours a week will be enough to build 3 or 4 sites if you haven't got 3 or 4 hours then i would put IM on the back burner until you do because you'll soon get demotivated. Odesk, If you go to my blog (mjthompson.net) you'll find a series of outsourcing posts (look for the outsourcing category). There is also an example of an article that cost me $1 in the post from October 8th (it's right at the end of the post) All the writers i use are either US, UK or Australian, It's just a matter of wording the ads correctly and looking for the right sort of writers.. It's taken me a few months to crack the whole outsourcing thing but I've now got 10 or 12 writers working for me so i get a steady supply of articles. The highest rate I pay is $7 for 5 articles. I do pay bonuses if articles do particulalry well for me and I do give raises to writers that are reliable and deliver on time during the month. I try to pay about $5 for 5 250 - 300 word articles on a fixed fee basis as most writers can do those in about 40 minutes or so. Hope that helps (oh and don't believe all the rubbish you read all these unresearched jumping on the band wagon outsourcing products that are appearing at the moment , you don't need to pay $6 -$10 for quality articles. I've not had 1 article from any of my writers turned down by eza.)

Just take action Mike. I appreciate that your timeis limited but someone like me can make the time to do it then ANYONE can. Trust me you don't even want to know how hard my time is but I still know that this method works! Just write 5 pages of content. Get them up and then write 15 articles for those 5 pages for backlinking. If it takes 2 weeks so what? Once you get your first site done you'll start to get quicker. Its all about getting into a routine that fits you mate. |

Thanks for all your great suggestions. I will look into outsourcing. Hopefully, it will give me a full time result with my part time efforts.

The main point of the articles is to drive traffic to the blog...back linking is secondary. Get the right articles and you could rank at #999,999 in google and still make more money than most of the guys in the top 10

Mike, like others have said here, taking action is your best bet, thats the hardest part initially, you are gun-shy for fear of doing something wrong and paralysis by analysis takes over. Most all of us have dealt with that, we are driven to succeed and want to do things right. Once you get over that and adopt a "just do it" mentality, everything begins to fall into place and before you know it you've got that first site up and running and earning money. You will learn more each day and after a few sites, you will begin to see how the system works and tailor it to your individual strengths. Some people are better at research and picking niches, so they launch a lot of sites and do less writing & article marketing. For them, they get a rush out of uncovering niches that earn with very little effort (I'm in this category). Others are big on writing and launch fewer sites with more backlink activity. They love writing and expressing themselves in that way. A small amount of folks are good at both and will be top earners. The beauty is that each of these types has a place and will be able to earn a great passive income with this system. But it takes action; a commitment to stop thinking about the perfect approach and act. What are your hangups? What would it take to get you to take action? |

| Step 1: Get a Job - seriously. You need income to support a business. Step 2: Learn your Business WITHOUT a partner for now. You should be spending time having fun and learning how to build sites, researching niches, digging for keywords, and writing content. Step 3: Expect no Income (for the first 30 days). Make your first 30 days a self-taught classroom. Buy several domains, learn all you can, build those sites, learn what promotion you like, etc. and build your confidence along the way. - John |

and of course, you could outsource some of the work, especially if you are busy. In fact That one decision to let someone else build your sites (outsource), might prove to be very positive for you, because the work WILL get done! Otherwise it's easy to get distracted and postpone things and just procrastinate. And it doesn't have to be much (at first) Just get one content writer to do a little bit every week like clockwork... :-) That should go a long way Just what came to mind :-)

I have never used it myself, since I am advanced HTML coder, but... seems to work well for people who are no coders themselves.

I can't help but think that you probably could have researched a keyword, or made a page or some backlinks, instead of the time spent on this thread. You'd be a little closer to your goal. That's all it is, one step at a time man. Don't worry about getting it done fast, just get it done.

| @mikengo You should outsource for content. 30usd is enough for your web content and Ezine marketing. to all: I just want to ask if someone here has purchased Micro Niche finder and still have one license left. I really want to buy that license at price: 50usd. Thanks you so much |
