Pingomatic and Pingler not working for me...

I'm trying to get a lot of my Web 2.0 Properties indexed - not sure if Pingler and Pingomatic is getting them indexed - is there anything else out there that is a sure-fire in getting my sites indexed in less than a week?

So far - both these sites haven't got my web 2.0 props indexed - also tried using sig links to lead google to them (as well as using GoArticles) - nothing seems to get them indexed. These properties are about a month old now.

any suggestions?

I tried everything for over 10 days and nothing was working, sitemaps, pingomatic, pingler, rss feeds, you name it.

After soo much frustration all I did was put a link to one of my forums to this new site and hey presto parts of the site are now indexed!

I definately think theres somethign strange going at Google for news sites. It never takes me this long to gets site indexed. 2 days max at most! Could there be a HUGE update ont eh way........hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Same here, nothing was working, tried everything for one week nada. I then used a high pr forum which allowed free profiles (I am not on Angela's packages but I can search for similar now that I know what to look for) and 3 pages got indexed the very next day. And funny thing, within 2 days that profile page is already showing at Yahoo Site Explorer. That one is a keeper for me!
I've also heard that Digg and Propeller should help with fast indexing when nothing else works...
