I've tried many popular SEO programs that promise to automate your tasks and multiply your income.
I've tried out SE Nuke (one of the most recent "must have" programs) for the limited free trial, and while the software SEEMS extremely powerful, I haven't had enough time to see results -- but more importantly, I have been very disappointed by any automated service I have ever used for SEO. This includes article submission services, directory submission services, link building services, automated book-marking, etc. My sites generate money every day, so I'm not some newbie trying to figure this out, but I really want to go to the next level. So I keep trying different services and software. Google really doesn't seem to CARE how many backlinks you blast all over the internet. (Which SE Nuke does in a massive way.) They don't seem to count them. And nothing happens with your search engine results. I'd be glad to pay for services that actually work. But can anyone tell me that they are using software to automate their SEO tasks, and it has made a significant impact on their profits? Very curious about this... Thanks! Dean |

When it comes down to it, being built by hand manually is always gonna out due any SEO automation software. I would outsource the linkbuilding, and other SEO tasks to an experienced company. Obviously it will cost more, but you will be getting higher quality results, IMO.

There's no real way I could see - as a former tester of SENuke and other backlink and automation programs as well ... that I could have built 1500+ backlinks to 3 domains simultaneously - other than thru leveraging automation tool and time saving site lists.
Totally disagree that proper automation - used properly - cant beat doing it by hand. In fact - automation will SMOKE it ... Quote:

One of the mistakes I was making before though was using SENUKE to make a bunch of backlinks, but then I never did anything to make sure those links got indexed. You have to get backlinks to your backlinks! Plus, it takes a month or two (in most cases) to really see the results of any backlinking efforts. The thing is that by then, most people have given up and moved on to something else. Then they blame the automation for not working.

Everything I do I try to automate it as much as possible.
Just because its done by hand doesn't necessarily mean its higher quality - Google can't tell if a social bookmark has been submitted by hand or if its been automated. However, overdoing automation can actually harm you. So use the power wisely.. |

Not all automated programs are dump but most of them are.
But still I only recommend and suggest everyone to do their submissions manually rather make the use of such automated tools. Manual submissions ensure that you are submitting sites to the proper category and also with the proper information and details, which cannot be ensured by automated softwares. |

You should use the program properly to get good results. You might made some mistakes causing some problems on getting good traffic.

Hey Dean, I think you are quite right here... In my experience... and from what I've learned from some SEO veterans... for Google these days "less seems to be more"! Not that fast linkbuilding is necessarily BAD, it can work too... But if you build the right kind of links in a "natural" way, sometimes you can get great results by building just 2-3 links a WEEK! No joke. I think it comes down to linking with meticulously selected anchor texts that are a VARIATION of your main keywords and not 100% identical anchor texts. If you link 150 times with the anchor text "blue widget review"... Google will think something smells funky... But if you go for a variation of these: "blue widget review" "review of blue widget" "blue widget feedback" "click here for a blue widget review" "click here" etc.. That works great IMO. Sorry, got a bit off-topic here, but... Automation tools can save you A LOT of time building links for example... if you just know how to get the best out of it. Some of my favorites... LinkVana :-) Don't use SENuke etc.
