It's not intentional, it's just how it work out. It's very difficult to talk about losing weight and not to mention in many times in a 800 odd word article. Just generally talking about a subject and the keywords just fit with what I'm writing, If you want to lose weight you must... People who lose weight often... This is what happens to your body when you lose weight... Have I got to really try not to use the words that fit perfectly, because I don't want to mess up my seo? |

5 to 8% for a 2 word keyword is a bit high. I'd trim it down some. On a side note, man oh man, if "lose weight" is your keyword, that's a huge mountain to climb. I'd rather put my work into keywords not so popular but easier to rank for. |
