pr 3 DoFollow Blogs is it hard to find?

Hi to all. I am a newbie in SEO, I just started 2 months ago. I would like to ask help in my DoFollow blogs collection, can you please help me.

First its not too easy to find PR3 blog with do follow. But its not impossible. First try to extract data for your related category and then select top websites in your category.

You see that which website maintain the Blog on regular basis with quality content have good PR.
