I'm sorry if this is an old post or a repost. Just wanna share an interesting fact about Mr. Aaron Greenspan who was once banned by Google AdSense and sued Google and won!

You forgot one important detail. The second part to the story.
Google appealed and won. They had to appeal. They could
not lose even a minor case like this one without major implications.
