I heard that search engine optimization is a slow process and so many back links in a short time will consider as spamming is it true?

No that is not true .Really search engine optimization is the best way for Internet marketing. search engine optimization is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a website from search engines.It is an Internet marketing strategy.
