Lightbulb PPC Campaign Adgroups Multiple or One?

Hi fellow Warriors

I have been on this forum since around mid this year and enjoying it so far.
Just wondering if anyone would be able to answer this question for me.

When you make a campaign why would you put keywords in different adword besides if you have different landing pages and/or ads for them. why is it not better to put them all in one? are multiple ad groups better for contrlling QS? in adwords but what about in yahoo marketing what difference does it make here?

Thank you for any comments

Before I answer your question, I highly encourage you to learn the basics of PPC. Pick up Perry Marshall's Definitive Guide To Adwords. Best $50 investment you can buy.

To answer your question, I'll put it into perspective for you. Throwing all your keywords in one adgroup/one campaign, is like trying to check out a book at the library with no Dewie Decimal System. It's disorganized and a complete cluster F**k

There is two main reason's you need to divide your keywords between different adgroups and campaigns

1.) Google loves order and relevance. The more tightly focused and relevant your whole campaign is from adgroups all the way to landing page, the better QS they'll give you. Which will result in lower bids

2.) Keeping it organized for your self. Do you really feel like searching through hundreds or thousands of mixed up keywords, so you can optimize? I didn't think so. When you have a well organized campaign, it will be 100 times easier to keep track of whats going on, and how to optimize for better results.

Hope this helps answer your question.
