Niche Ideas 101 and Keywords. It's that simple

Hey guys,

I want to share some great ideas from you. I am originally from Toronto and came to NYC for the weekend. I am writing this post from the hotel room because I have some crazy IDEAS on how you can get niche ideas.

Now on my adsense post, I get a lot of PM's in regards to how to develop niche stuff.

NYC is amazing. It is oozing with amazingness. It is my first time here!

How to get Niche Ideas?

I am currently working on my adsense adventure. Following Xfactor's stuff. Walking in NYC one thing you will never run out of is NICHE shops. It is insane. I walked for 5 minutes outside my hotel and had a list of 100 niche keywords. Out of the 100 ideas, I have about 20 solid, SOC < 10 keywords. Amazing!!

The other great thing is the sheer amount of conversation that people have. I tuned into how the street vendors convert customers. I listen and try to memorize their dialogue. They use specific KEYWORDs that convert people into visitors.

How to Apply this for yourself?

Now, don't visit NYC unless you live here. But what I mean to say is that go to your downtown core area and just listen to the vendors/customers/items. Everything is right infront of you. Instead of spending time trying to come up with keywords, just go outside and listen to conversation.

I guarantee you that this will help you turn out some gold gems.
