I had an ok campaign on Google Adwords recently (about 4% conversion rate) I tested for successful keywords and ads. I put those ads up on to yahoo search marketing and i'm getting about the same number of clicks for a lot cheaper but no sales. has anyone else seen this. I'm a new comer to Yahoo Search Marketing. Are there any tips you could give me about what to look out for with Yahoo? Thanks! |

In my experience with Yahoo it seems that click fraud is far more prevalent there. I set up a system to monitor where the clicks came from as I noticed an unusually low conversion rate as you are noticing. To make a long story short, in 2 days I had contacted Yahoo 3 times about click fraud in which I did receive refunds. I also quit using their services after my budget ran out. It seems Google is far better at detecting click fraud than Yahoo is at this moment imho |

Well, that explains it, any way to try to avoid click fraud? I'm a little in the dark about it. Why would someone fraudulently generate clicks to my adds? to sabotage my campaign?
