Help, Sudden disapearance from google serps

Hi, I have a webpage that I had kind of forgotten about, but looked up my stats recently and noticed I was about the 8th position on google for one search term for the last few months. I just added a link to it for the first time in months to try to boost its rank a little higher, and now 2 days later it vanished from the google search results. The link I added was that I submitted it to digg.com. What is happening here? Please help.

Don't worry it could be the Google dance. You'll most likely pop back up tonight or tomorrow.
