Default SEO, changing the Domain, Please Help

Hello Warriors.
I have website I built Angela's backlinks for my website, I've built 100 backlinks and is not yet in the first 10 pages of google. The website
I built the backlinks with the keywords "Power Generator" and "Solar Power Generators" , I want to change the domain name for one that match the phrases of the backlinks. Do you think if I do that and cancel the free-energy domain and I keep the content it wouldn't be banned by google and gain better page rank?

Ldavid,
A disadvantage of free domains is that you're actually surrendering the content to the one that gave you the domain "for free"...
The move you're planning is the way to go: you'll be regaining your independence, plain and simple. As for the content you had before, you could rightfully use it as the starting point to write new pieces. And they will work better for you because you've learned more lately, right?

Hi.

According to me, domain changing will not put much effect on the ranking of the website as, there are some strategies that need to be follow while doig so, as there is way which is URL direction with apache URL redirect which it uses 301 code in HTTP headers which permanently redirects all the files.

Thanks!!

Hi, lumbardi you are absolutely right as, juts building 100 backlinks for your site is not enough as, it requires quality and relevant backlinks that works more in generating traffic and also for proper ranking in the top 10 results of SERPS.

All it requires in SEO is proper linking strategies and all the processes that has to be done properly.

Thanks!!

Before we go further, let's look at the competition data:

Power Generator - Broad: 23mil, Exact: 1.3mil, Title:1.7mil

The last of the top 10 competitors has over 1.5K back links -

Site Explorer - Search Results

You want to break top 10, you need at least 1.6K high PR links!

100 links is nothing.

To beat the top most, you need to have a domain with over 39K link, and 1.4K links on the page!

I would suggest you read this post about selecting proper keywords to rank:

using free domain is not good practice for seo criteria. why don't u try using register domain from hosting like hostgator, namecheap and etc. the cost still cheap..

in SEO, you also need to understand about off page optimization and on page optimization...and if you understand about it it can help you to to get first page of google
