What is the best RSS Submitter?

I have my links form forums converted into feeds and I need a place to submit it where it will get indexed the fastest.Thanks!

Fast? Submit your feeds to Badrss.com, Feedage.com, feedagg.com

RSS Submitter? I use Brute Force SEO, but that's because I use it for much more than just automating RSS feed submissions.
