does it make a difference for search engines if a username for a bookmarking site is a "keyword" or not? for example if your keyword your optimizing for is "dog training" and you register your user name as "dogtraining" will that make any difference?

It can be helpful if that keyword is associated with the niche or site you are promoting. Getting keyword rich usernames for these would be a good idea, but use keywords Where Applicable.
