I have found a long tail keyword with the exact match search results are 8,800 for global monthly search volume. However, for the local search volume from last month there is "not enough data". I have selected "all countries and territories" as my location. At first this would seem as thought the keyword has become unpopular in recent months but when I checked it in quotes in google trends between July and August 2009 there is a slight increase (its at an all time high compared to previous years) in the number of searches and no falters in between. Any idea what this could be?

I have learned to take all free keyword data with a grain of salt. The accuracy is not there much of the time.
