I want to display CPC Ads Not CPM Ads How do I change that on my Adsense Acct.?

Google chooses which to display based on which will give you more earnings (so they say).

You do not have direct control, but there are some things you could change to indirectly control the outcome.

CPC are displayed by default and it is switched to CPM if advertiser has bid on ads for your site through placement targeting.
