Adgrenade support non-existent

I do not usually do this but, $147 is currently down the drain.

I purchased ad grenade on Oct 6, used the trial, then later sent the registration in and received instructions to register. This has not worked. I have sent numerous emails to the support email address and called a have a dozen times on the number listed on my Pay-Pal receipt. It just rings and rings.

There is a 30 day money back guarantee - but it has been useless.

Spoke to paypal, and get this. If it is not a physical product that you receive via usps, ups, dhl, etc. they will not investigate the claim. In another words, you have no protection from paypal if you are delivered a product via internet.

I am not sure if this company still exists, but they are still taking money.

I just thought everyone should know.

If you have any other ideas on how to get my refund, I would love to here them.

OK, after I posted this. I get an email from Chris saying he was out of the country. Hey also provided me with a new registration key.

I explained to him I had already purchased another product and requested a full refund.

He said he understood and would process the refund.

Since then no refund and response.

Ad Grenada is an awesome software.

But after a reinstall i can't register the product cus the register now button is ghosted - yep, i used the correct key.

And the support just don't answer me???

I was in the same boat with ADGrenade. After buying another laptop, i emailed support for a new reg key for ADGrenade - and got no reply! I was sooooo frustrated with Chris I just gave up. At $147 i think there should be better support!

But some Good news....

It have some nice features but missing the most important thing > url tracking. I need to customize the links with tracking code.

Hi wizzie,

yes PPC Keyword Toolz does support url tracking via Dynamic Keyword Insertion (DKI). Just put your tracking info into the destination url as query params.

How do you insert the code - can't see the option in the video.
Do i have to insert the tracking code manually for every keyword?

Ah yes...
I've had a few customers ask me this also.
It's on my TODO list.
But I need to know what kind of auto generation is needed.
for example
- A Simple number that increments 1,2,3,4 etc???
or something more sofisticated?
