Thousands Of Links Under The Same Domain

Does anyone have any experience with having thousands of links pointing to their site all from sub domains from one domain?

for example if you had a site with a few thousand pages and on each page you put a link to a seperate website would these be worth anything

That a good way to raise a big red flag at Google. In fact, it could be a big black "banned" flag.

That has no harm but links should be pointing to the keyword but not the homepage

Domain and IP variation helps to provide better link juice, if all links from the same domain, you are not going to benefit much... In terms of your homepage PR.

However, I suspect it will help your individual page to rank for certain keyword, but only one link will be counted for that page and keyword.
