Your subject says adsense, but your post content specifies affiliate marketing. You might want to post in one of the other sub forums, and change your subject to something more indicative of what you're really asking about.

You must mean $50 to invest with Adwords? In my experience many people COULD take $50 and turn that into $100 with adwords, then keep rolling. For me personally, I gave up with that approach because I kept losing money! I guess I'm not so great with adwords. I started focusing on getting high rankings on google so the traffic was always free (except all those long hard hours ranking the websites at the top) Maybe you should focus all your energy on getting more traffic to your acne website and profiting from there? PM me (or check my sig) If you need any help getting your google ranking higher ![]() Clay |

I think you mean adwords and no $50 is wayy to low of a budget to see any real results. Invest your money in some other way.

First post by a person who may be a little mixed up. $50 either way will not buy much. If that's all you got, read this forum and do likewise. Then, send the $50 to the owners of the warriorforum, or donate it to charity. Paul |

Yes Samuel, Adsense game is more of traffic game, the more traffic you got to your site, the higher your chance of making money with adsense, There are many threads about adsense in this forum that break down the steps of setting up adsense business, you may want to go through those threads and learn, after then you will be well informed on what to use your $50 for. You may PM me if you need to. All the best Lekan |

I started off on a low budget like yourself with my intentions of moving into Adwords but I am also cautious of risk (I would rather grind at the start and scale up over time without risking my personal capital). What I did was grabbed a cheap hosting account and a domain and worked hard at creating a successful AdSense site. All the tools you need are free. Any money I make from the AdSense can then be used in a PPC campaign without blowing the bank. I can run a PPC campaign pretty much risk free in knowing that the worse that will happen is a lose a day or so of AdSense earnings. It allows you to be more creative with the Adwords campaigns too. |

To be honest, Olorunda, $50 can be spent very quickly. Paid advertising, especially pay-per-click marketing, is not as easy as it seems it is very competitive, especially with Adwords because the chances of your being outbid by companies with more money is pretty high. If your niche is small enough, then maybe. I think the first approach is for you to choose a niche that's not related to promoting a "make money online" program. The reason is because this is one of the most competitive markets, and many newbies don't know which one is a scam and which one is not. There are legitimate programs, but it's too much work to compete. You can waste a lot of time. Pick a niche that is likely to be profitable. Amazon.com is a great place to start. You have DVDs, iPods, Kindles, TVs, etc. Or go to Commission Junction. Linkshare has got Apple iTunes on it, and to get Apple to approve my account, I showed them my one article on Associated Content. So they like the Article Marketing bit. The program that showed me a great way to do Keyword research is Keyword Academy. Plus, they show you how to find a profitable niche and estimate how much money you can make from it. Their video lessons also promote other link building equipment that was a little out of my price range, but RSS your stuff and you should be fine. You can try Keyword Academy for $1 for 30 days and see what you think. After that, the full-price is $29/month or $33/month. I would probably invest your $50 there first. If doesn't work out for you, then all you lose is a $1, but you'll learn quite a lot. |
