I noticed that on a lot of my sites where I have multiple part review series that people STILL ask me, "so what's the update, how were your results" etc... And even though I have a related posts option at the bottom of these posts linking to the updated reviews and additional relevant info, people are apparently still not reading the additional info they're asking me questions about. Also, when I look to see what the most visited pages on my blogs are, it's usually just whatever's listed in the Recent Posts section at that time. I write multiple part posts, I link them to each other, and use Yet another Related Posts Plugin to direct people further into reading the follow ups... So what gives here? What's missing? Are people just lazy or are there better ways to get people ot read the additional related info? Thanks in advance, Dan |

People do little reading and a lot of scanning. This is why headlines and short concise articles properly formatted with bullet points are so important. It's your job to lead people where you want them to go. That's just how it is. |
