Search Engine Position checker Tool

anybody knows any good tool for checking position in yahoo!, google (com, de, cz), lucos, bing?
I need to chek about 200 keywords and I need about 300 positions deep.

You can use this tool - Google Ranking Check - Web Marketing Tools Seo Utility to
check ranking in Google.
