Default can you help my SEO jargon buster?

Hello everyone

I'm writing a mini report that will help people understand the terms associated with search engine optimisation, I'm calling it "My SEO Jargon Buster" and want it to be a great reference point for anyone new to SEO who doesn't fully understand of the complex terms that go with the subject. I've currently got around 20 definitions including on/off page SEO, keywords, index, ranking, spider, dofollow tag, sitemaps, URL structure, etc. but really want more and I'm sure there must be more terms I've either forgetten or don't even know about. Please let me know any terms you've come across and think should be included.

many thanks for your help

Harry

Take a look at Googles SEO guide:

Hi Harry,

Why not post your entire list and we can then tell you what we think you are missing?

it is only meant to be a reference when learning about SEO, I've added a few more terms to the list and have about 35. I don't think that will come to more than 7 or 8 pages so don't think it will be that long.

thanks for the help guys

Harry
