Multiple Adwords Account,Use Pen Name?

I was wondering to create more than one Adwords account( i heard you are not allowed) do you use the same info like address,tel,...the reason is i received a coupon which is only for new customers.

yeah you can, you have to link them up to the same login info...

I heard that you can create a new account in your existing account for clients etc. and that this new account is not affected by your old stats.
Because I tried something with my existing account and got 60 000 impressions with no clicks, so my overall CTR is at 0.37%...

Is this possible and if yes where do I create this new account?

if i link to my main account that means Google will know about it,no?it's not that i am doing something 'wrong' it's just i want to use the coupon code,which can be applied to new accounts only
