My favorites are Ezinearticles, Articlebase and Ideamarketers.
To give an extra kick to my article, I use also social bookmarking ( StumbleUpon, Digg, Google Bookmarks ) , pinging through OnlyWire and I write a catchy description at my Twitter and Facebook accounts. Juhani |

hi keivn, submitting the same article to many directories wouldnt help i guess (might need some experts' opinion), as SE will just ignore it from indexing if they found that is duplicate content. Furthermore, ezine, easyarticle, article base (my 3 favorite directories) require manual approval, and they will definitely reject duplicated articles. You can try ur luck though...
