Yahoo site index?

Sigh. I'm pretty good at getting my sites indexed by Google, but when I go to yahoo search and type "site:mydomain.com" it turns out that Yahoo doesn't know anything about the site. So I'd like to hear from WF folk about what a person needs to do to get indexed by Yahoo -- is there a social bookmarking site that is reliable for Yahoo or will I have to subscribe to some Yahoo service before they'll find me?
