Default More Than One Link On Same Page To Your Website?

Does having more than one backlink on same page to your website decreases the link value? For example if i have 2 backlinks on same page that point to my website? Does page rank juice gets divided between these two backlinklinks that point to my website? Is it better to have only one backlink?

Yeah, the PageRank is divided. The way it is divided, no one knows.

Having 2 links to the same page with 2 different anchor text doesn't work. You'll only be given credit for 1.

You can link to 2 different pages on the same site.

The more links on a page the less link juice that is given to each link. However, I wouldn't worry about this unless your planning on dropping 50 links on a page. 2 or 4 links isn't going to make much of a difference.

Yeah - don't link to the same page on your site. However, I have linked to two different landing pages on a single page - but they would be in my sig links or something like that.

There is no point in Linking to a same URL with two anchor texts as only the first link in the code will be given credit for.
So use different anchor texts and link to different pages.

If we link two different pages from the site, doesn't google recognise the fact that both are from the same domain?

Two or many links from the same site or same web page or even from the sites of same IP not consider more than one link and you must try to get link from different sites as well as different IPs
