Does This Plugin Lower SEO?

I have been using the wp automatic seo plugin for some of my affiliate links and have gotten modest results. While I know that the results have nothing to do with SEO, I am not sure about the linking of each keyword.

The plugin works by connecting a chosen keyword with a chosen link. But, it links that keyword with the same link each time its shown in a blog post. Does anyone have information on how this situation is interpreted by the spiders?

If you are increasing the number of outbound links, then that is not helping you. If they are all internal, it is probably okay, but you can certainly reach a point where there is so much SEO going on that the search engine does not know how to prioritize your content.

Thanks. I appreciate the input and I have used it to link internally to pages and posts. I love the plugin and think that its useful in these ways. Just don't want to give the search engines a reason to decrease my ranking
