Could Anyone Recommend PPC Bid Management Software

I need to find some solid PPC bid management software to manage
1000's of keywords.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you are advertising with adwords you could try adwords editor. I just started using it so I'm not CERTAIN it will do what you need...but it might be worth checking out!
