There is no way for you to protect your adsense, as long as you don't click your own adsense, and keep track all your traffic. If there is really click fraud occurred, submit all your traffic data to Adsense team, they will evaluate it. Then you need to pray hard that no one does the click fraud and hope Google reinstate you too. |

Google has built in algorithms that will prevent fraudulent clicks from showing. They also do analysis to find clicks that the automatic algorithm didn't prevent. I am not sure how these are shown in an AdSense account but they do show up on an advertisers AdWords account.

Google watches everything very closely to protect it's business so they'll pick up on fraud clicks by themselves.

Nothing you can do about it. Don't add any strange scripts suggested above. Just add Google Analytics and connect it with Adsense. That way you show that you have nothing to hide. Not sure it helps but analytics are also great for you and adsense. |

You can limit the websites that can display "your" ads to domain names that you own. This might help if someone has really got it in for you.
