How to track conversions with cj.com?

How are you guys keeping track of your ppc conversions with other affiliate networks like cj.com where it's a lot harder to ask a company there to put your conversion code on their "thank you" page? I'm assuming you'll have to use a third party software to do it, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Been checking out Prosper202 and tracking202. Looks like awesome tools that can be used to track any affiliate network campaign. I'll probably try them out very soon.
