Question for a SEO Pro!

Hi,

I am targeting a keyword, There is site listed in Google on first page for it which has a huge number of back links to it around 25000.

Now interested thing is that all of the back links are coming from a same PR0 site.. I think he owns the other site also which is in fact a VB forum... So as he has placed the link on almost all the pages, he has a huge number of back links to it..

Is there a way to beat it?

thats mean he is playing the paid backlinking.

Even if he is out of 25000 back links 24900 are coming from a same site put the pages are different, i mean to say back linking from different pages of the VB forum...

Is there a way to beat?

P.S : All the pages are PR0.

YOu need to provide more details:

Niche
Competition of keywords
How old is Your Site
How old is HIS Site
etc etc

Frankly, this is like diagnosing a guy living 3 miles.

I would have loved to... but placing the link here will increase his backlinks one more, any ways it is www dot earnmoney dot pk...
