Anybody else using Clickbank's recommended Integrated Sales Reporting method to track their conversions on Adwords? They have two conversions that they recommend you track which is the view of clickbanks order page and when the customer makes a successful purchase. However I've been finding that my conversions are confusing to understand when someone clicks my ad and then they continue to the order page to only never complete the form to when someone else actually makes a purchase. So now I have conversions that are hard to understand because its hard to distinguish which keyword triggered an order and which ones only triggered people never making a purchase even though they landed on the order page. I decided to pause the conversion tracking that only triggers when someone views the order page since I'm more interested in tracking who actually completes the order. However I wonder if I should've left it on even though it makes tracking conversions difficult. Your thoughts? |

Ok, looks like I figured it out. I had to turn on "Conv. (many-per-click)" in order to see conversions when someone visited the order page and then also order. I turned back on the "view order page" conversion.
