How long does it usually take to get an Adwords campaign approved?

It's been a while since I've ran a PPC campaign(Feb this year) - if I remember, it would usually only take a few hours to be approved - is this still the case?

My ads aren't displaying yet though - does this take a while?

I don't know what the problem is lately, but all Adwords PPC campaigns now take much longer to appear after approval. It can be annoying sometimes - I thought I was the only person experiencing it.

How long does it usually take, on average, in your experience?

Every campaign is not being double reviewed, due to the last google slap. So you just need to be patient. And if your ads aren't showing then you need to check you QS, and your bid prices.
