how to get keywords ... no more than 30-50k google results

i am starting to build some new websites
i want to know how to get keywords which have no more than 30-50k google results and have some good Monthly Search Volume
but i really can't find any
all i find is about 10 000 000 Google results

so how ??

Are you talking about 30-50k broad match search results or “phrase” match search results?

i think i will go with "phrase" to be more specific
and i think that when i rank high for "phrase" i will rank high for the broad match too, right ?

Most people (your visitors) just search normal (broad match).
But the number of phrase match search results can help you see how much real competition you have before you start trying to rank for a keyword in the regular (broad match) results.
I really would not worry about phrase match ranking.
I know that can be confusing.

Use the google keyword tool, its easy to find broad match terms with 50K monthly search volumes using that.

but the problem not in the Google search volume
but in number of pages competing on each keyword

the software that jeff told me about is great, i have tried it, but too expensive as i start -- thanks jeff
if there is any free one gives the google search volume and the number of pages as well that will be fantastic
i used to use traffic travis it is great tool but don't provide the number of pages for every keyword
