Bad Idea to Have Multiple Adsense IDs on One Site?

I have a wordpress MU site that revolves around one particular niche. For the mostpart...all adsense ads that are built into the theme are the same across the entire site.

I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to allow individual blog owners to put their own adsense code onto the site. Is this a no-no?

The reason is that my mother is kind of an expert on this, but I would like her to get her own adsense revenue to her account for the posts on her blog. I thought just copying the theme for the sub-blogs and making a clone with her adsense code would do the trick....

...but what happens when you run two adsense codes off the same site at the same time?
