Hello everyone I have about 10 ezine articles written by me on a topic that I like with some links to niche sites (un-related to the articles). The niche sites aren't getting much traffic despite being on the first page of google results. I was thinking of changing the links in the Ezine articles to try to boost a different site. Since the first page google niche sites aren't making much money I thought there's no point in wasting good Ezine backlinks to them so I might as well change the backlnks. It won't matter if that negatively affects those existing niche sites as they aren't getting traffic anyways. Is there anything wrong with my reasoning ? Some negative effects that I cannot forsee ? Thanks |

You should be ok. I've done that before - not w/ EZA but with GoArticles.

No there is no problem with changing your links. The ezine isn't concerned about the links.

I want to do this too with one on Ezine. If I edit the links at the bottom of the live article, do I have to wait another week for it to be re-approved? Thanks |

From my experience, edited articles are approved much faster than new ones.

Yes, you will need re-approval but it usually only takes a day or two for re-approval in my experience.

But obviously you have to change them if they're not providing any benefit - sometimes a little tweak or two can have amazing effects, don't be afraid to change something that's not working. | |
