about 10 hours keyword research --- nothing

hi all warriors
i must be doing something wrong
it can't be -- i can't find any good keyword

or may be i am too confused or looking for extremely easy keyword to rank

i am new so i don't know the right way to judge keywords
i am using traffic Travis software to analyze competition -- idon't accept any keyword that has the result of "relatively easy" (is this right or wrong ?) iam just looking for the easy keyword
i am using market samurai as well

so please tell me what is the most important numbers to look at
and what is the minimum and maximum of each number for a good keyword

as much as I love it, traffic travis can be buggy for that sort of thing.

Use Goole adwords tool, Google search and its inline suggestions, oh and a notebook.
