Anyone familiar with platinum SEO, please help!

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to run down the list of settings telling me which ones to turn on or off for best seo results, pretty please!

One example would be: should I allow or disallow indexing of categories

I use AllinoneSEO, seems to have more support by other theme and scripts.

If I'm just targeting my post to get rank, I would disallow indexing of categories. Most of the time, I would just left it on, because you had many posts on categories, Google shouldn't consider it as duplicated post.

I would disallow tag and archive, concentrate more seo effort on my post.

Thanks, I decided to use seo platinum because a lot of people said it was better in another post. For there being so many people who vouched for seo platinum there aren't many people willing to help.

I guess I'll eventually figure it out on my own as usual!
