Default New Google Slap?

I did not see any other thread on this, but anyone get warnings and/or accounts disabled lately for:

Landing pages advertised via AdWords must have relevant, original content, and must be transparent about the nature of the business being promoted. Further, advertising certain types of sites will lead to immediate account disabling. These types of sites include, but are not limited to:

* Sites that charge users or collect personal information in exchange for a product that is never delivered
* Sites that charge for "free" software
* Sites that trick users into paying for fake or poor-quality content
* Sites that charge users for information that makes unrealistic promises of financial or personal gain
* Sites that install malware software on a visitor's computer

Number one above sounds like: Squeeze Pages

No, that sounds like a scam page, not a squeeze page.

I agree. It seems to me they are going after con artists, not legitimate marketers.

Ah, the part that says that is "never delivered"... yeah, that would be a scam

This is all due to the FTC. thats why scammers and even legit marketers are getting banned left and right. I just got disabled last night even though I have no campaigns running. But here's the part I found interesting:

Please note that this action is related to sites that have recently been advertised through your account. In a review of your account history, we found that your account had submitted a least one site that egregiously violated our advertising policies. Although you may have removed these sites since our latest review, advertisers that have a history of promoting these types of sites are still subject to account-level disabling.
So basically what I'm getting from this is, even if I'm not currently promoting a landing page, just because I did in the past, I'm getting disabled...WTF???

So my question is, how the hell do I fix this so I can get back on Google?

I think it's ridiculous... punish affiliates for old campaigns that are not running anymore simply doesn't make sense to me...

Yes, this is what lots of people are getting hit with right now. This does seem like a new Google slap. I noticed recently that many certain "keywords" have very little competition now too.
