Creating automated longtail keywords

Anyone out there know of a program that can help me with this scenario?

I have hundreds of longtail keywords that have many variations...ex

Find ~property type~ ~property description~ in ~city~

I need to generate all the longtail variables of a keyword based on all the different options. I see speedppc will only allow 2 different variations (seed,expansion) but it won't let you do longtails like i'm trying to do. Any suggestions out there?
