|  Can one get massive traffic to a website using ONLY Angel+Paul backlinks?
Provided that the keyword competition is reasonable? Or are there too much variables? |

I dont think you will get massive direct traffic. I am pretty sure you use those to get higher in the SERPS, which will in turn get you more organic traffic. So, you wil lget traffic indirectly, but your SEO efforts shouldnt rely on one type of backlink.
