Google Dancing a lot! 1st one minute, 8th the next!

Hi,

Has anyone else notiuced a lot of weird dancing with rankings lately.

For my site (in my sig) I noticed it was top for "pounds to dollars" using whole web search in google.co.uk but later this evening it was 8th.

This has been happening all week. Does anyone notice this?

BTW, the site is 2 weeks old and took me around 13 days to get top in Google (2nd in yahoo) for my target keyword! Thanks to all you great people in this forum!

It appears the answer was just around the corner (sadly)...

Ranked 1 on google...good search volume...rarely get traffic from them

As stated in the post, if you're logged in to Google and do the checks you appear higher then if you're logged out!!!

What is everyone else seeing for my keyword please?

How much effort have you made in doing SEO-off page? You might had hit a couple of
backlinks from a strong site. Btw, how about traffic?

I get about 20 people a day on it currently so not all bad, most comes from yahoo though. Once I'm a solid 1st on Google I'm sure this will double.

Yeah I just footer link the site from my other sites.
