Keywords with Flat Trends.

Hey Guys,

I have been coming across a lot of great keywords. But recently, I have found words that have 8k, 40k, search volume and VERY EASY TO RANK FOR. But I always have a hunch for the "too good to be true". So my next step is to check the trend of that keyword.

And it looks flat (view the attached image).

Anyone have experience with this? if so how were the results? One keyword gets 8 searches when I verified with wordtracker.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
