I've been using Google to research the number of competing ads for a particular keyword. I usually go to What happened to the 'More Sponsored Links' page? - AdWords Help It seems that they just recently removed the ability to view this stat. Does anyone know any other method to view the number of competing ads in Google? |

Hi Gary, By removing the "More Sponsored Links" page Google has effectively reduced the number of competing ads. Though your previous method wasn't giving you a true number due to issues like daily budget limits and day parting. No one has the data you are looking for except Google and they aren't likely to share that information. There are services that attempt to compile this information, though they are only able to capture a partial dataset. Try spyfu.com or keywordspy.com. |
