Looking for some SEO and automation help!

Hi,

New to the Warrior Forum - read my stickies and browsed about for a week. Great INFO!

I do run a site in the fitness market - specifically athlete training and muscle building.

It is a blog that has been growing, w/ a list and three products. However, I would like to step my game up, specifically with google rankings...

I dont mind buying products if I will see results from them, but here is my question....

I want to build targeted traffic via seo strategies such as article submission (because I post many of them on the blog) and link building.

What are the best ways to go about this for starters?

(I purchased a WSO product - link pyramid) and am looking at things like a tell a friend script (viral inviter) and SENuke. Am I on the right track?

Any guidance is massively appreciated! Thanks.

A little bit of self promotion here but... I have been doing SEO for a long while now. I could help you get good rankings in Google along with more traffic to your website.

Oh and dont bother with SeNuke...

Also dont waste your money on a bunch of WSO's. Everything you will ever need to know about Internet Marketing is out there. All for FREE! There are no secrets.. the sooner you learn that IM requires hard work the sooner you will succeed.

I certainly dont mind putting in the hard word - I just need to know it is in the right direction and maximizing my time spent.
