Need Help With Google Targeting Placement CPM

Hi.

Is there anyone in here with experience when it comes to Google Targeting Placement?

I need a little help with figuring out what the average CPM is in a niche.

How do you know how much to bid so your ad will be showing up on the website, I want the ad in?

Is there any good tutorials on this subject?

I'm also in the same boat with the same exact question. From the eBook I got, it shows the older Adwords interface, where it had the "Likelihood Your Ad Will Appear".

Is there a similar measurement in the current Adwords interface?
