Any body got answer/reply from google over adwords account disabled issue?

Hi
I have got my adwords account disabled & I have replied asking them an explanation but not got any reply...its more than 7 days now? anybody got reply?
I have seen one thread on digital point where one IM has got response & poor quality landing page adwords support stated in that email has never been advertised or even visited by him.
I can not give here a link but you can search google for "Adwords Account Disabled because of their mistake" to see the same thread.

Please let me know if anybody has got any reply?
