Default Why Has No One Clicked on my Adsense?

I have had 200 unique clicks and no one has clicked on my adsense?

Why do you suppose that is?

My link is in my signature.

You are not blending your ads in with your content and that is likely why you are not getting clicks.

Get rid of the blue outline and blend the ads in with your content more.

If you wanted it to optimize your page a bit I would:

(1) decrease the height of your header somewhat. Maybe 2/3ds of its current size;

(2) set your wordpress so it is only 1 post per page, rather than the very long page you have right now.

(3) remove the adsense row you have right now before your first post:

(4) I would place a few pictures of bedside table lamps horizonatally across the top of each post; and

(5) I would replace the small adsense row you have right now at the top of each post with a standard 300x250 adsense rectangle.

That's it.

The goal here would be to get the big rectangle block of adsense "above the fold" for each page of your content. So, do whatever you have to in terms of header height, post headings, etc. You want to have the visitors eyes gravitate to those adsense ads.

Is it 200 unique clicks or unique visitors?

Having visitors to your site doesn't mean that you'll earn instantly from Adsense.. You have to position your ads so that they may be noticeable to your visitors.. This way, you click-through-rates will increase.

Tim Goodwin's suggestions are perfect in modifying your website in relationn to Adsense ad positioning.. best of luck..

Thank you. I have changed the adsense banner.

I do not know how to show only 1 post per page, I was hoping you can show me how.

This is excellent advice. I'd also put an adsense block at the bottom of the article so those people who actually read it have something to click on when they are done. At the moment your ads scroll off the page so they don't see them when they are looking for somewhere to click.

Cheers,

Andy

I didn't see a privacy policy page on your site. I believe that is a requirement to show adsense ads and earn. The adbot might check for that.

You can set how many posts to show on the front page in the dashboard under Settings/Reading

Yes you should quickly put the privacy policy on your site (that's the first thing I usually do when I create my niche adsense site). You cannot remove the Google logo on your ads unless you want to get into trouble with Google.
